Terms and Conditions for Flood Relief Donations |
- Donations of any amounts are acceptable.
- Donations can be used for any type of relief and development work, depending on the community needs. If, however, the donor wishes funds to be spent on a particular activity, such as food, or education, s/he can specify this and funds will be spent accordingly.
- It is not possible for IRC to send reports to each donor. However, regular updates on our work are available on the website. IRC will also prepare a detailed report on funds spent and work carried out on a quarterly basis and this will be available on our website.
- Since donations from individual donors are pooled into a single account from which activities are funded, it is not possible to make a refund if a donor so wishes.
- The names of all donors will be available on the IRC website to acknowlege their contribution. If any donor wishes to withold their names, these will not be made public, but IRC will need to have the full name and address.
- we do not refund once donation is successfully transfered to us but we show updates of weekly basis of our work what we are working to using the donations.
