USAID, Links to Learning (ED-LINKS) project initiated by IRC in 11 districts of Sindh, including Jamshoro, Mirpurkhas, Tharparkar, Sanghar, Nawabshah Dadu, Shikarpur, Kashmore, Jacobabad, Sukkur and Khairpur. Nearly 300 schools are currently under assessment in Sindh by IRC for successful implementation of the 4 years long project.

REHABILITATION OF PRIMARY SCHOOL

In July 2007, a severe flood nearly drowned the entire village of Pejaho. The only government primary school in Pejaho was damaged by the flood as floodwaters drowned nearly half of the school building. IRC rehabilitated this school with the help of UNICEF. (Read More)
